At the Bell Clinic PLLC, our goal is to provide you and your family with a variety of medical services under one roof. We have three offices in Elkton, Kentucky, and surrounding areas to better serve our patients. To help you maintain good health, the Bell Clinic has seven providers and staff members:

Geeta Chavda M.D - Board Certified in Internal Medicine

• She is also Medical Director of Hearthstone Place in Elkton, Concordia Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville, KY.

 Sanjay Chavda M.D.- Board Certified in Internal, Pulmonary, and Sleep Medicine

• This doctor is available at the primary and secondary location, and cares for patients at a sleep lab facility at  Blue Grass Sleep Disorder Center, PLLC
